Senior Business Systems Analysts to support various SAP module enhancements

Our large, enterprise public sector client is seeking THREE Senior Business Systems Analysts to support various SAP module enhancements. This is an 18-month initial contract with a possibility of extension where the successful candidate may support onsite or remotely following CST (Central Time).

Modules to be supported for each respective position:

1. SAP SD BSA
2. SAP MM BSA
3. SAP FI/CO BSA

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years' SAP implementation experience and SAP operation hands-on support in the corresponding module/area of the resource listed above
• Experience working with clients to solicit and document business requirements; designing solutions; developing technical specifications for System Developers and liaising with them; completing system configuration; testing solutions; and rolling out changes to the user community
• SAP ECC Application Support experience

Responsibilities Overview:

• Develop and enhance the existing SAP modules, interfaces and system integration with other applications, develop technical specifications for System Developers and liaising with them
• Responsible for the development of comprehensive test plans and conducting system testing related to enhancements, problem resolution, and system upgrades, and other IT projects.
• Provide system problem resolution and user assistance for the SAP functionality of the resources’ corresponding module/area, processes and relevant interfaces.
• Utilize various SAP Department's tools and standard processes, such as REMEDY, ServiceNow, AzureBoards, ACCESS data bases, configuration and documentation standards, etc.
• Work with clients to elucidate and document business requirements and design solutions
• Design solutions including data migration/conversion
• Provide consulting advice and expertise to customer groups concerning system requests and provide recommendations that focus on meeting their business objectives.
• Roll out changes to production environment and the user community.
• Solicit and assess business requirements; Conduct fit/gap analysis; and, Create Data migration/conversion scripts.
