Our Financial Services Client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Data Architect to support PCI Compliance initiatives by analyzing customer data flows, integrations, and enterprise banking systems to identify compliance gaps, risks, and remediation opportunities

1-year contract, 100% remote - Candidate location must be ON or BC (PST hours)

Overview:

This PCI-focused role and the hiring manager is open to candidates coming from either a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Solution Architect, or Data Architect background.

This role will sit between the solution, data, and security teams, supporting PCI compliance initiatives across enterprise banking environments. This is not a pure security role, but the ideal candidate should understand how customer data flows through systems and be comfortable analyzing and identifying gaps, risks, and impacts across applications and integrations.

Must Have:

• Background as a BSA, Data Architect, or Solution Architect within Banking industry
• Experience working on PCI DSS compliance or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Ability to bridge business and technical conversations
• Experience with data analysis, forensic investigation, or tracing issues across systems
• Strong stakeholder + vendor management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Banking, financial services, or enterprise environment experience preferred
