Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with SAP experience to establish project controls (WBS, templates, lifecycle etc.) for the modernization of a legacy tool.
This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) at clients SE location with free onsite parking.
Must Haves:
- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with experience supporting project planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Must have some experience working in SAP ideally with PS (Project Systems)
- Experience designing WBS
- Project budgets
- Cost tracking
- Forecasting
- Schedule tracking
- Resource planning
- Experience writing test scenarios
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Background working in an Engineering or Manufacturing industry
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with project managers to discuss reporting needs
- Documenting business requirements
- Reviewing WBS structures in SAP
- Supporting testing of new SAP configurations
- Creating functional specifications for developers
- Writes test scenarios
- Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validates that the SAP PS configuration works correctly
- Documents processes and system functionality
- Analyze project data and create report
