Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) / Digital Workplace projects in a large enterprise environment

This contract will go to the end of the year and is 100% remote.

This role will work closely with multidisciplinary technology and business teams to plan, design, develop, and implement business and technology solutions that enhance employee productivity, workplace technology services, and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience within enterprise IT environments and is comfortable working across fast-paced, complex, and evolving initiatives. Experience supporting workplace technology, enterprise applications, or IT service delivery projects is highly preferred.

Must have:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise environments
• Experience with End User Computing (EUC)/ Workplace technologies (for example: Bring your own Device (BYOD), Microsoft 365, Laptop/Desktop lifecycle, Hybrid Workforce Support, Infrastructure Projects, User Experience / Process improvement projects within end user computing domain)
• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements
• Lead requirement elicitation sessions and document business process workflows
• Assist with user training, process improvements, and operational readiness activities

• BA certification

What you will be doing:

• Requirement elicitation and business process workflows to document requirements
• Eliciting clear business requirements and evaluating scope considering desired outcomes
• Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery capabilities
• Train staff and users to work with applications, systems and/or programs
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment
