Our client is seeking Network Engineer who specializes in Cisco Meraki to support ongoing life cycle refresh and network deployment projects

100% remote however preference is for candidates located in Calgary and/or Saskatoon

Must Have:

· 7+ years of hands-on experience as an enterprise network engineering or network analyst

· Cisco Meraki Administration and Deployment ( ie: Meraki MX, wireless, switching, SD-WAN, cloud dashboard administration)

· Deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise Cisco Catalyst switching infrastructure

· Experience with enterprise firewall Administration (ie: Palo Alto, Cisco FTD/FMC, and/or Meraki MX, Firewall policy management, migrations, and cutovers)

· Experience with Cisco ISE / Network Access Control (NAC)

· Experience with Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, QoS)

Nice to have:

· Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent

· Palo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE certification

· Cisco ISE or collaboration-track certifications an asset

· Experience supporting multi-region or multi-continent network environments

· Familiarity with SD-WAN architecture and deployment

· Experience in mining, agriculture, or industrial enterprise environments

· Experience mentoring junior technical staff
