Description
Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to write detailed user stories, and gather requirements for a application development project and provide support on requirements for new regulatory changes
Responsibilities:
- Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions) to identify comprehensive business requirements;
- Facilitate meetings (brainstorms, backlog refinements, planning sessions) with the clients and the development teams to get the stakeholder requirements.
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria to capture the needs of the clients.
- Produce diagrams (process flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, context diagrams, status diagrams, etc…) to show multiple views of the required features.
- Analyze the current state of the business to find what works and what is missing to document the “to be” state with the clients.
- Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs
Must Haves:
- Reliability Clearance
- 10 year of Business Analysts experience
- Experience working with UX and development teams
- Agile Experience
Nice To Have:
- Bilingual
- ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
