Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to write detailed user stories, and gather requirements for a application development project and provide support on requirements for new regulatory changes

Responsibilities:

• Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions) to identify comprehensive business requirements;
• Facilitate meetings (brainstorms, backlog refinements, planning sessions) with the clients and the development teams to get the stakeholder requirements.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria to capture the needs of the clients.
• Produce diagrams (process flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, context diagrams, status diagrams, etc…) to show multiple views of the required features.
• Analyze the current state of the business to find what works and what is missing to document the “to be” state with the clients.
• Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs

Must Haves:

• Reliability Clearance
• 10 year of Business Analysts experience
• Experience working with UX and development teams
• Agile Experience

Nice To Have:

• Bilingual
• ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
