Description
S.i. Systems Transportation client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a new HRMS solution
This is a 9-month contract to start with strong chances of extension. Hybrid model 1 day/week in the office needed in New Westminster (37.5 hrs/ week).
Must Have:
- 10+ years of Business Analysis and Process Improvement, requirements gathering experience
- Experience with current state and future state process analysis
- Experience on HR projects (payroll or benefits ideally)
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and formal training on business analysis and/or process improvement techniques.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Proven experience in HRMS implementation projects (for multiple organizations within the same enterprise, involving multiple system modules, and many stakeholders at different levels of the organization)
