Senior Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a new HRMS solution - RFC-2025-014

S.i. Systems Transportation client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a new HRMS solution

This is a 9-month contract to start with strong chances of extension. Hybrid model 1 day/week in the office needed in New Westminster (37.5 hrs/ week).

Must Have:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis and Process Improvement, requirements gathering experience
• Experience with current state and future state process analysis
• Experience on HR projects (payroll or benefits ideally)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree and formal training on business analysis and/or process improvement techniques.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
• Proven experience in HRMS implementation projects (for multiple organizations within the same enterprise, involving multiple system modules, and many stakeholders at different levels of the organization)
