Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale pilot (200-500 participants), driving data collection, analysis, and reporting with a strong focus on operational execution and AI-enhanced productivity.

Contract 7 months: December 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on program evaluation, feedback collection, or user engagement
• Experience supporting a pilot or proof-of-concept (POC) initiative involving 200-500 participants
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing surveys (e.g., using SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, or similar)
• Proficiency in analyzing and reporting both qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to pilot participants, ensuring a seamless experience
• Gather and analyze feedback using surveys, interviews, and other engagement tools
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and actionable insights
• Develop clear, concise summary reports to support strategic decisions and future rollouts
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendor partners
• Leverage tools like Microsoft Copilot and other AI platforms to improve analysis and efficiency
• Uphold strong standards of information security and data integrity throughout all phases of the pilot
