Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead efforts to document business/product requirements, create process flows, and develop polished presentation collateral.

Duration: 6 Months to Start

Location: 3-4 days/week onsite - Brampton + North York

Project: Pharmacy Software Initiative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit and analyze business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Design and document detailed process flows that support operational and software improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product, Pharmacy Operations, and Compliance.
  • Create clear and effective presentation materials to support project updates and executive-level communication.
  • Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, track tasks, and ensure project transparency.
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight, translating high-level concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and support change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Expertise in documenting business and product requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
  • Pharmacy or Healthcare industry experience
  • Jira and Confluence
