Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to identify functionality in a custom built PM tool and elicit requirements for a new tool for the Customer Connection Team
This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at Edmonton office
Must Haves:
- 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience with PM tools from a functionality perspective as the intent is to replace current in house built application
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to elicit requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Utilizing the current APS system, document key functionality that is critical to the CCM process and users.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Work with IT and the CCM process teams to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and CCM Program Manager.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
