Title: Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner - Individual Insurance
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner with strong experience in individual insurance to support a high-priority initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can drive delivery and collaborate across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
- Strong background in individual insurance
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to Have:
- Expertise in pricing and/or claims (highly preferred)
Location: Hybrid (as applicable)
