Description
Our valued client is actively seeking a Senior Bilingual Project Manager to plan and manage multiple projects related to Shared Services products, including data retention and decommissioning initiatives.
Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension, working hybrid in Montreal, St-Hyacinthe, or Toronto (3 days/week remote, 2 days/week onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Track progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Manage vendors and external resources when required.
- Maintain clear project documentation and status reporting.
Must-Haves:
- 7+ years experience as a Project Manager
- Experience delivering large-scale projects in application development/SDLC
- Excellent french communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for project planning
- Experience with MS Project or Clarity for high-level planning (budgets, resources, etc.)
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of Java
