Our valued professional services client is seeking a Senior Bilingual Enterprise Architect to implement a new organizational framework

Initial 1-year contract in Montreal, QC (100% remote), with strong possibility of extension. 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

As the successful candidate, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Architecture & Enterprise Frameworks; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver a new organizational framework to support the organization in delivering its services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on best practices to support the Director's thinking and vision, while assisting in solving strategic or operational issues.
• Conduct studies, perform analyses, and develop strategies that contribute to the implementation of structuring activities for the Directorate or the IT Division (VPTI).
• Play a key role in the development and structuring of a new team tasked with delivering cross-functional services to the IT Division (VPTI).
• Support the Director in her management functions, guide her decision-making, and provide strategic support to her managers.
• Organize committees and coordinate large-scale mandates ($50M+), involving multiple stakeholders. Lead strategic committees/workshops in an enterprise IT context.

Must Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant architect role (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Business Architect, Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Demonstrated experience working with an agile development methodology such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD, or SAFe

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Certification(s) in Agile framework and/or SAFe
• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry
