Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-layered technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and project management excellence to drive solutions from requirements gathering through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage scrum pods as Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery methodologies

• Drive complex systems integration projects involving multiple cross-functional teams

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to final delivery

• Coordinate delivery across 25+ enterprise systems integration points

• Has demonstrated unique problem solving skills at a large enterprise

Technical Oversight

• Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including:

• Sales Cloud configuration and customization

• Experience Cloud development

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration

• Loyalty management capabilities implementation

• Manage Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architecture

• Ensure seamless integration across multi-layer solution architectures

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

• Manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence platforms - Must be able to write complex JIRA queries and should be able to use EazyBI to generate dashboards

• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management

Technical Background

o Software Developer

o Solution Designer

o Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

• Proven experience with complex systems integration involving multiple teams and technologies

• Strong understanding of multi-layer solution architectures in enterprise environments - must be able to draw clear diagrams of the solution and facilitate whiteboarding for problem resolution

Project Management Expertise

• Demonstrated experience running scrum pods as Scrum Master

• Experience managing fast-paced, complex technology projects

• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and project management

• Track record of successfully moving projects from requirements to delivery

Must Have Requirement:

• Experience running scrum pods as a Scrum Master

• Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including:

-Sales Cloud configuration and customization

-Experience Cloud development

-Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration

-Loyalty management capabilities implementation

• Manage Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architecture

• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

• Manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence platforms -- Must be able to write complex JIRA queries

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following capacities:

-Software Developer, Solution Designer, Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

• Strong understanding of multi-layer solution architectures in enterprise environments - must be able to draw clear diagrams of the solution and facilitate whiteboarding for problem resolution

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience financial services organizations

• Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ecosystem

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and Databricks

• Knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks

• able to use EazyBI to generate dashboards
