Our client is looking for a Senior BA with strong Oracle and Supply Chain experience to support design sessions, story cards and test cycles for upgrading pages in Oracle Fusion to Redwood

This role requires you to be onsite in Calgary or Edm 2 days/week

Must Haves:

• 6+ years ' experience as a Business Analyst with experience across complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Including design sessions, user story card creation and tracking through sprints, full testing cycles and production migration
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion supply chain modules, data and configurations
• Experience with a redwood upgrade, transitioning the pages using Visual Basic Studio
• BRD Development and RTM Management in JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent tools)
• Process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
• Skilled in impact analysis, dependency mapping, and multi-environment delivery

Nice to have:

• CBAP certification

Responsibilities:

• Act as the BA lead for upgrade of our Oracle Fusion supply chain pages to Redwood
• Drive early planning and design workshops, user story creation and support in test scenario planning with the test lead.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and integration points across business units, systems and processes
• Elicit, document, and maintain structured requirements, decisions, and traceability across risks, issues, and test coverage
• Perform impact analysis, dependency mapping, and fit/no-impact assessments for upgrade and migration activities
• Apply strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion supply chain modules and configurations
• Understand multi-environmental delivery, cloud concepts, monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace), and integration flows
• Support SIT, regression, and UAT.
• Contribute to and comply with evolving BA governance standards, including peer reviews, standardized templates, and continuous improvement practices
