Intermediate Experience Specialist / Coordinator to support a high-touch hospitality environment for clients, guests, and team members for a banking client
Overview:
This role functions as the operational anchor for corporate locations, blending front-line brand representation with complex facility management. Fully Onsite in Edmonton.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist or Office Administrator role
- Exceptional Client Service & Emotional Intelligence
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strategic Communication & Relationship Building
- Complex Problem-Solving & Resilience
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a Banking / Financial environment an asset
- Vendor Management skills
