Intermediate Experience Specialist / Coordinator to support a high-touch hospitality environment for clients, guests, and team members for a banking client


Overview:

This role functions as the operational anchor for corporate locations, blending front-line brand representation with complex facility management. Fully Onsite in Edmonton.


Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist or Office Administrator role
  • Exceptional Client Service & Emotional Intelligence
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Strategic Communication & Relationship Building
  • Complex Problem-Solving & Resilience


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a Banking / Financial environment an asset
  • Vendor Management skills
