Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Secret Cleared System Analyst to perform SAP PM and aircraft maintenance while using a Electronic record keeping system (ERKS).

Project Description:

The team has implemented the DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module as the RCAF aircraft maintenance electronic record keeping system (ERKS) for the CT142 Dash 8, CH147F Chinook, CC130J Hercules, and CC295 Kingfisher fleets. The in-service-support (ISS) requirements remain significant and will only increase in the coming years due to additional fleets. In particular, the RCAF must maintain air maintenance policy, develop and deliver Electronic Record Keeping System training, deliver on site user support, develop business intelligence reports, and perform software testing and validation to ensure DRMIS remains compliant with extant technical and operational airworthiness policies.

Must Have:

• System Analyst (7+ years)
• Aircraft maintenance (7+ years)
• SAP PM (7+ years)
• DRMIS/ERKs Electronic record keeping system (ERKS) - (5+ years)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze problems experienced by clientele and identify if an immediate fix is required i.e. operationally critical, or if IRs and/or Problem Reports (PRs) are required
• Generate solutions and/or work-arounds with/without assistance from external agencies, such as Directorate DRMIS (DDRMIS), OEMs and WSMs
• Provide solution guidance to clientele; iv. Identify business opportunities for improvement and streamlining of business processes
• Provide RCAF members procedural advice and expertise on use of DRMIS
• Assist with the planning, scoping, and execution of the implementation of DRMIS applications and associated modules to pan-Air Force areas, including but not limited to: aircraft fleets; ALSE; AMSE; Inventory Management; Tools; and CPMS items.

Full time on site in Trenton, Ontario; 8 Wing Trenton, 6 NorthStar Drive.
