Our valued public sector client is hiring a Junior Project Administrator to provide administrative coordination, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and tracking for supply chain initiatives.


Background:


The organization is undertaking multiple initiatives to improve asset visibility, inventory management, and operational efficiency across a complex supply chain environment. These initiatives aim to enhance operational support, financial accountability, and materiel security while modernizing supply chain and logistics capabilities. Project coordination support is required to assist project teams with administration, documentation, reporting, and tracking activities across various supply chain improvement initiatives.


Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordination of project activities, documentation, and records management.
  • Maintain and update project information such as schedules, status reports, correspondence, and project files.
  • Track project change requests, action items, and deliverables.
  • Assist with financial tracking by recording commitments and expenditures against project budgets.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and recording meeting minutes and decisions.
  • Support preparation of project reports, summaries, and updates for management.
  • Monitor project timelines and highlight potential delays or issues to project leadership.
  • Maintain digital documentation repositories and ensure project files remain organized and accessible.
  • Support project communications and stakeholder updates as required.
  • Use project management tools to assist with scheduling, task tracking, and dashboard updates.


Must Haves:


  • Maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites - 2 years
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - 3 years
