Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Secret Cleared Help Desk Consultant to perform initial problem analysis and triaging problems to appropriate technical staff for resolution within an Electronic record keeping system (ERKS).

Project Description:

The team has implemented the DRMIS Plant Maintenance (PM) module as the RCAF aircraft maintenance electronic record keeping system (ERKS) for the CT142 Dash 8, CH147F Chinook, CC130J Hercules, and CC295 Kingfisher fleets. Future fleets include those from the Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC) and Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) projects.

Must Have:

• Help Desk (7+ years)
• SAP Solman (5+ years)
• ERKs Electronic record keeping system (ERKS) - (5+ years)
• [logging, tracking, resolving technical issues, triaging problems] (5+ years)

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage IRs in SolMan
• Respond to clientele requests and problems
• Perform problem analysis and triage problems to appropriate contractor team members
• Develop business requirements and other supporting documentation for each IR
• Maintain a spreadsheet of all RCAF AM and MM IRs, including status of resolution
• Communicate the status of incident resolution to clientele
• Analyze incidents for trends. If trends are observed, notify the TA and track via a method such as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Provide data architecture, modelling, mining and report generation from DOORS

Full time on site in Trenton, Ontario; 8 Wing Trenton, 6 NorthStar Drive.
