Description
Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to hands-on support Learning Management System (LMS) - 22024
Initially a 12-months contract to start. 37.5 hours/week. Hybrid model in Burnaby preferred (1-2 days/week onsite). Remote candidates can be considered - must work PST business working hours Mon-Fri, working within Canada.
Closing date: Sept 28, 2025.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS)
- Minimum of one (1) end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS)
- Creation & development experience in Plateau Report Designer (PRD).
- Configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC(Employee Central),RCM(Recruitment Management) and ONB(Onboarding) preferred.
- Proficient in documenting requirements, workflows, and functional specifications
- Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS)
Nice to haves:
o Exposure to integration tools and third-party LMS content providers
