Description
Our utilities client is seeking an SAP ISU Reporting Analyst to support the daily operations and project reporting needs of a large-scale billing environment (Remote, Canada - some overlap required with MST).
Overview:
This role supports a SAP ISU Billing Applications Operations Support Team with a primary focus on reporting. The successful candidate will combine strong technical and business analysis skills to deliver report fixes, enhancements, new report development, and ad hoc data extracts. This position supports both ongoing operational reporting needs and project-based reporting initiatives.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 1 year of SAP ISU Reporting experience
- Minimum 2 years of report development experience
- Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience
- Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering/System Technology diploma, or equivalent
Nice-to-Haves:
- ABAP development experience
- Experience with additional SAP ISU modules (e.g., Billing, OpenText, Market Transactions, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day SAP ISU reporting operations including troubleshooting and resolving report issues
- Develop enhancements to existing reports based on business requirements
- Design and build new reports to support operational and project initiatives
- Create ad hoc data extracts for business stakeholders
- Conduct unit testing for new and modified reports
- Maintain and enhance reporting documentation aligned with system changes
