S.i. Systems enterprise public sector client is seeking a REMOTE within BC- Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, work with Product Owners on OmniChannel, Customer Identity and Access Mgmt, Digital Wallet projects - - VRP 2627-26041 5LS - April 29 - 3


1 year contract

Expectation of up to 37.5 hours / week

REMOTE anywhere in BC with in person workshops in Kamloops first week of June 2026. Travel expenses reimbursed if within BC. Very occasional future travel.

INTERVIEWS - scheduled for May 6 and May 7


MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • 8+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology programs
  • Hands-on experience with unified Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms
  • Expertise in digital wallet architecture or account balance integration
  • Strong background in requirements elicitation and process modelling
  • Experience delivering within regulated digital environments
  • Ability to interview May 6 or 7 remotely

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of player account management (PAM) systems
  • Experience with omnichannel customer engagement platforms
  • Background in compliance and data privacy frameworks
  • Exposure to CRM or customer data platform initiatives
  • Understanding of system interoperability across legacy and cloud ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis for CIAM and digital wallet initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Work with architecture and delivery teams to validate solution design
  • Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align IT and business outcomes
  • Define process workflows and system touchpoints for player identity and balance management
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment readiness activities
  • Ensure all analysis outputs comply with regulatory and data governance standards
