6 month contract

Twice a week on site in Whitby

Must Haves:

• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, WAN/LAN, backup systems).
• Experience coordinating Infrastructure and network-related projects such as WAN upgrades, connectivity enhancements, or architecture transitions (e.g., OneNet).
• 2-5 years of experience coordinating technical/IT projects, preferably infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet).

Nice to Haves:

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, especially DLP, endpoint protection, access controls, and vulnerability management

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator (Infrastructure & Cybersecurity) supports the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-level technology projects. These include infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, IRSO/ISO audit readiness, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), WAN modernization, backup system enhancements, and corporate network programs such as OneNet.

The role requires close coordination with IT Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Compliance teams while ensuring all project tasks are executed on schedule and aligned with organizational standards.
