Project Coordinator/Manager who drives end-user computing projects for client in Investment Management Industry

Location: 1 Queen St. E

Work: 3-4 Days Onsite

Contract: 6 Months + possibility of extension


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned digital workplace projects (e.g., Windows upgrades, SCCM/device deployments, Hello for Business).
  • Own the creation, updating, and presentation of decks and project documentation.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint lists, Microsoft Forms, and Teams channels to support project tracking.
  • Coordinate with business owners, testers, and technical teams to gather requirements, track progress, and provide timely updates.
  • Develop and document processes to streamline project execution.
  • Track testing activities, compile feedback, and ensure the business has what they need for sign-offs.
  • Provide clear, proactive updates to stakeholders instead of waiting for requests.
  • Confidently present materials to business teams (non-technical audiences) and ensure understanding.
  • Act as the go-to resource to "just get it done" without requiring heavy oversight.


Must Haves
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within IT/digital workplace/end-user computing.
  • Strong accountability and proactivity - proven ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Forms, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented skills.
  • Ability to take high-level requirements and turn them into actionable deliverables with minimal guidance.
  • Comfortable building and presenting decks to leadership.
  • Track record of providing consistent updates and progress reports without prompting.
  • Prior experience in Digital Workplace or End User Computing projects.


Nice to Haves
  • Exposure to SCCM, device management, and Windows upgrades.
  • Experience supporting Hello for Business deployments and end-user experience improvements.
