Our financial services client is seeking a Project Coordinator - IT III (4+ years) to support AI Adoption and analytics dashboard operations using Power BI

This role supports operational execution, documentation, and user enablement for a rapidly expanding Power BI dashboard measuring AI usage company-wide. The coordinator will work closely with data and development teams to maintain documentation accuracy, streamline communication, and help scale user onboarding. Must Haves

• 4+ years in project coordination, operations, customer success, or enablement roles within technology or analytics teams
• Hands-on familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics dashboards from an end-user or administrator perspective
• Strong written communication and production of clear, accurate user-facing documentation
• Proven ability to manage a multi-channel intake queue and maintain visibility of commitments
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field

Nice to Have

• AI knowledge and interest
• Exposure to AI/GenAI adoption, change management, or developer enablement programs

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date user guides and documentation as AI dashboard features evolve
• Track dashboard changes and reflect updates across reference materials and change logs
• Onboard new users and manage enablement collateral including quick-start guides and FAQs
• Monitor and triage requests and feedback from multiple communication channels
• Create Jira stories based on recurring user feedback and emerging trends
• Support recurring cadence meetings, communications, and reporting schedules
• Assist the product owner with ad hoc AI adoption initiatives
