Production Specialist, Online Shopping Experience

As a Production Specialist, you will be instrumental in building online journeys and on-site experiences, primarily utilizing the Contentful Content Management System (CMS). This role is responsible for the authoring, management, and continuous improvement of digital content, contributing significantly to an enhanced online shopping experience and supporting critical personalization and growth initiatives.

Location: Toronto - 1 day/week onsite

Duration: 1 Year, to start

Responsibilities:

• Author and publish weekly digital content in alignment with planned programming for the online shopping experience, personalization initiatives, and growth campaigns
• Assume ownership and management of assigned enterprise programs from a content build and authoring perspective
• Identify solutions and collaborate with the team to close QA issue gaps, aiming to mitigate repeat issues for future content builds
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements, validating that all build and authoring requirements have been met
• Implement A/B test plans to optimize content performance and user engagement
• Ensure robust SEO implementation for all digital content

Must Have Skills:

• Experience in digital content authoring, online merchandising, or similar digital production roles
• Hands-on experience with a Content Management System (CMS), ideally Contentful
• Experience supporting digital campaign builds, content publishing, or on-site experience updates
• Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar) to log, track, and resolve issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues, updates, and requirements
