Description
Our Tier 1 Banking Client is seeking a seasoned Principal/Senior Ruby Developer to upgrade Ruby7 to Ruby8
Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex web applications using Ruby on Rails.
· Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Evaluate and select appropriate tools, libraries, and frameworks for development tasks.
· Drive architectural discussions, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
· Participate in planning and estimating work in agile sprints.
· Investigate and resolve complex production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
This role is hybrid - x3/week required on-site
