Overview

We are looking for a senior engineer with strong trading systems experience to lead the development and modernization of a core trading platform supporting a payment application.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and modernize a core trading system (Dash)
  • Own end‑to‑end trade flow and market integrations using the FIX protocol
  • Define trade models and communication with external markets
  • Lead and mentor a small engineering team (3-4 FTEs) and work with contractors
  • Collaborate closely with trading and business stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Proven experience building trading systems from scratch
  • Strong FIX protocol and market integration experience
  • Solid financial / trading domain knowledge
  • Strong Java development skills
  • Experience working with AWS
  • Background in payment or trading applications
