Description
Overview
We are looking for a senior engineer with strong trading systems experience to lead the development and modernization of a core trading platform supporting a payment application.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and modernize a core trading system (Dash)
- Own end‑to‑end trade flow and market integrations using the FIX protocol
- Define trade models and communication with external markets
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team (3-4 FTEs) and work with contractors
- Collaborate closely with trading and business stakeholders
Required Experience
- Proven experience building trading systems from scratch
- Strong FIX protocol and market integration experience
- Solid financial / trading domain knowledge
- Strong Java development skills
- Experience working with AWS
- Background in payment or trading applications
