S.i. Systems BC Public health authority client is seeking a Prince George or BC based - Senior WFM Project Manager to lead mid-flight UKG scheduling implementation for BC public health client. UKG implementation must be complete by Dec 2025.

Permanent role with BC Government client - you must live be based in British Columbia

Preference is for someone willing to relocate to beautiful and inexpensive Prince George

Hours: Must be able to work PST hours

Salary range: Band 9 - approx $109,000 - $135,000 / annum

Reporting to: Regional Director Corporate Systems

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 8+ years Project Management experience
• Strong Work Force Management (WFM) / Human Capital Management (HCM) project experience, including a Kronos or UKG implementation.
• Scheduling project experience

NICE TO HAVE:

• BC government client (you have familiarity with BC workforce laws, and incorporating collective agreements into new WFM installations).

JOB DUTIES:

• Working with the project director and project coordinator (who will support you), you will take over this inflight project which must be completed by December 2025.
• You will also be working with the systems integrator.
• The most critical element to this role is communicating and escalating challenges as they arise, so they can be promptly addressed.
• Project planning, budgeting, scheduling.
