Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Ownership & Vision
  • Define and evolve the product vision
  • Translate strategic objectives into a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities that drive business outcomes
  • Strong background in digital transformation and enterprise software.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, business units, product team including data scientists, and data engineers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • AI & Analytics Fluency
  • Understand the fundamentals of AI/ML models, including data inputs, training cycles, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in AI/ML product development, especially in pricing, supply chain, or manufacturing domains.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to guide model development, validation, and deployment.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices are embedded in the product lifecycle.
  • Data Driven Product Development
  • Gather and synthesize user requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and validate use cases and hypotheses for business problem.
  • Champion design testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Outcome Driven Product Management
  • Design and track KPIs that demonstrate measurable progress toward business objectives.
  • Drive continuous discovery/delivery approach within the team including release planning, sprint execution, and backlog grooming in Agile environments.
  • Scalability & Integration
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and plan for future scalability across business units and geographies.
  • Coordinate with IT and analytics teams to manage data pipelines, APIs, and system interoperability.
  • Risk & Change Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, model drift, and stakeholder adoption.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and sustained usage.

Must Have:

10+ years experience in Product Management with at least 2-3 years in AI specific technologies.


Nice to have technologies

  • Certifications such as Agile Product Owner, or Lean Portfolio Management are a plus.
