Description
S.i. Systems medical R&D client is looking for an Intermediate Desktop Support Technician to provide level 2 support for Mac OS and Windows devices.
1 year contract, 40 hours / week
Onsite 5 days / week at the Mount Pleasant office
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ recent years of experience doing desktop support
- Experience providing support for Mac OS, mobile iOS-based devices and Apple products using Apple Business Manager and JAMF
- Experience supporting Windows devices in person and using InTune
- TeamViewer
- Thorough understanding of Windows 11, and Office 2016 and 365
- Experience supporting users on, and working with, Exchange Online
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, general technology, and remote diagnostics and support tools
Nice to have skills:
- Working knowledge of client / server networking systems, both wired and wireless (wifi)
- Teamviewer
- Invigate ITSM platform
JOB DUTIES:
- Be the front line of support for employees (primarily Tier 2 work)
- Supporting executive leaders who are all on Mac OS and iOS devices
- Providing in person and remote support for employees
- Teams meeting room support
- Help out with networking issues
- Assist with Windows devices
