Our financial services client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end production of corporate reports and publication assets (Remote, Canada) [2026-38]

Overview

This role sits at the intersection of project management, corporate communications, and creative production. The successful candidate will coordinate executives, subject matter experts, writers, editors, designers, and external vendors to deliver highly polished corporate publications. The role requires strong stakeholder management, meticulous version control, and the ability to manage complex production schedules with multiple dependencies and review cycles.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting corporate communications, brand, marketing, creative production, annual reporting, sustainability reporting, or related initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end creative production workflows involving multiple stakeholders, contributors, and approval stages
  • Proven ability to coordinate and influence senior internal business stakeholders (including executives & C-Suite) and coordinate external vendors, creative agencies, designers, copywriters, editors, or print production partners (including print checks)
  • Experience developing and managing detailed workback schedules, production timelines, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Strong document management, version control, proofreading, and quality assurance experience for complex, high-visibility deliverables


Nice to Have

  • Experience working within financial services, banking, corporate environments, or highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with sustainability or Indigenous reporting frameworks
  • Experience supporting accreditation, certification, regulatory, compliance, governance, or public disclosure submissions
  • Familiarity with print production processes, publication specifications, and brand governance standards
  • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related project management certification


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of annual corporate publications and accreditation submissions
  • Act as the central coordination point for internal contributors, ensuring content, financial data, and supporting materials are submitted on schedule
  • Manage creative production workflows involving graphic designers, copywriters, editors, and other production resources
  • Develop and maintain detailed workback schedules, project plans, milestone tracking, and dependency management
  • Coordinate multiple rounds of executive, legal, and stakeholder reviews while maintaining document integrity and version control
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality requirements, production specifications, and publication deadlines
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Support the successful delivery of corporate reporting initiatives through effective planning, communication, and execution
