The Analyst will be responsible for the Corporate process and standards within Air Canada. This role ensures secure, efficient, and compliant corporate operations, through documentation, consultation with stakeholders, as well as excellent organization skills. The Analyst will collaborate with IT and end users to optimize the end user experience across the entire organization.
This role will report to the Manager, IDD Modern Workplace & Platform Services.
Responsibilities:
Assist in supporting Air Canada’s Standardization of Process and Procedures with Internal and External Teams through the following:
- Act as main point of contact for standards pertaining to Corporate Workstations, Conference Rooms, and Mobility Device Standards.
- Responsible for Endpoint Deployment Communications with the support of Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Provide Tier 2 support for device-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Monitor Corporate ServiceNow Queues to ensure processes are being effectively followed.
- Work with IT, security, and operations teams to align corporate strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support guides, as well as generate reports for leadership.
- Liase with Product Teams to ensure requirements are captured as part of project intake.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT technology or operations experience in a large company.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in Intune and MECM/SCCM systems an asset.
- Experience with managing multiple tasks at once with minimum supervision.

Conditions of Employment:
