Description
We are seeking an experienced lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop AI-powered solutions, and integrate them into our products and services.
**Requirements:**
1. **Education:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. **Technical Skills:**
* Strong experience with React and Typescript
- Strong experience with Java and/or Python
3. **Experience:**
* 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services/banking
- Experience with RAG libraries is a nice-to-have
4. **Soft Skills:**
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
