Degree/Certifications Required: CBAP or IIBA certification an asset

Years of Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience as a BA

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successful candidate will be expected to drive the end-to-end requirements management process fort he design and implementation of an Insider Threat User Entity and Behavioral Analytics platform. The lead BA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, cyber security teams, data scientists, and technology delivery teams to ensure requirements are well defined, prioritized, and delivered.

• Ensure traceability of requirements to the business solution and benefits realization throughout project.

• Define and manage the project requirements efforts, including developing requirements phase costs and timelines.

• Support the Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors to tool selection on the program

• Work with the Agile coach to develop progress reporting/metrics in JIRA as user stories and related tasks are completed and delivered

• Indirectly lead, guide and coach a team of business analysts working on a program to standardize the approach to requirements and ensure consistency across every pod both from a waterfall documentation perspective and in the form of EPICS and User stories in JIRA

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Experience as a BA leading IT projects and/or initiatives - 10+ years

2.) Experience as a BA in large scale programs (north of $100 mil) - 2+ years

3.) Requirements elicitation - 10+ years

5.) Jira & Confluence - 10+ years

6.) Experience in Waterfall methodology
