Our valued client is looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to support the design of customer web and mobile applications using Figma.

Location: Montreal or Toronto

Start Date: As soon as possible

Length of term: 4 months with possibility of extension

Work schedule: 40 hours/week

Work mode: Hybrid (Remote work and in-office presence 3 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Work with a multidisciplinary team (Agile) to design customer web and mobile applications.
• Identify insights/learnings through usability testing.
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders to define user journeys and build wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and solutions.
• Produce UX and UI design elements for product features.
• Follow usability and accessibility best practices.
• Key deliverables: Wireframes, Prototypes, Hi-fidelity UX/UI design (Figma), Contribution to the design system Compass

Must-have skills:

• 1-3 years working as a UX/UI Designer for web and mobile applications
• Experience using Figma
• Experience in Digital Accessibility best practices
• Experience building click-through prototypes for collaboration and usability testing

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience designing for customer e-commerce web and mobile
• Experience in user research and testing methodologies is an asset
• Marketing or content design
