Our energy sector client is seeking a Junior Training Systems (Learning) Analyst (5+ years) to support learning reporting and analytics across enterprise LMS platforms

Contract, Calgary, Onsite, Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting an Learning Management System (Workday Learning) with role-based security and user support
  • Proficiency in Power BI operations including publish/refresh cycles and troubleshooting across multiple data sources
  • Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities interpreting learning data and identifying anomalies
  • Experience managing ServiceNow ticketing or intake processes and supporting audit reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience/certification

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting and learning data integration across platforms
  • Exposure to automation and continuous improvement tools for streamlining reporting processes
  • Familiarity with HR/learning data models and compliance reporting standards
  • Experience administering SharePoint or Teams sites for knowledge management

Responsibilities

  • Run, maintain, and troubleshoot learning reports and dashboards within LMS environments
  • Manage monthly refresh and publication cycles for dashboards and restore failed schedules
  • Execute recurring compliance reporting and coordinate required data extracts
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for reporting issues and access requests
  • Handle ticket management through established service queues including triage, resolution, and escalation
  • Maintain and review access roles, job aids, and documentation for LMS governance support
  • Communicate process updates and contribute to internal procedures and automation improvements
