Junior M365 Technical Analyst to support adoption of Microsoft Services tools (RFR-I003)

Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Junior M365 Technical Analyst to support adoption of Microsoft Services tools.

This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate can be working 100% remote within Canada following SK time zone.

Must-Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including regular use of:
• SharePoint (site navigation, document libraries)
• OneDrive (file sharing and sync)
• Teams (channels, meetings, chat)
• PowerPoint (presentation creation and delivery)
• Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences (i.e., training)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification (or willingness to pursue)
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI-powered productivity tools
• Experience supporting end users or training others in a technical or business environment
• Exposure to change management or user enablement practices Bilingualism or experience supporting diverse user groups

Major Responsibilities:

• The intent of this role is to develop a Digital Adoption Specialist (DAS) who will support the rollout and sustained use of Microsoft 365 and other digital tools.
• Rapidly learn technical content and translate it into user-friendly guidance.
• Create and deliver engaging training materials, demos, and support resources.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to identify adoption barriers and opportunities.
• Support innovation by helping users apply digital tools to real-world workflows.
• The successful candidate will be mentored by the Adoption Services team and will contribute to the company's broader digital transformation goals.
