Our client has an immediate requirement for a Junior/Intermediate HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on HRIS (SuccessFactors), offer letters, and employee transactions.


4-month contract


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documentation
  • Manage onboarding and HR transactions in SuccessFactors
  • Coordinate pre-employment testing and maintain accurate records
  • Support HR operations, including inbox management, tracking, and reporting


Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of HR administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience preparing offer letters and employment documentation
  • Experience processing HR transactions (hires, changes, onboarding) in an HRIS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with DocuSign or similar tools
  • Familiarity with HRIS troubleshooting (e.g., data errors, duplicate records)
  • Experience managing position data or job requisitions in an HRIS
  • Exposure to payroll coordination or bank setup processes
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
