Description
Our client has an immediate requirement for a Junior/Intermediate HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on HRIS (SuccessFactors), offer letters, and employee transactions.
4-month contract
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documentation
- Manage onboarding and HR transactions in SuccessFactors
- Coordinate pre-employment testing and maintain accurate records
- Support HR operations, including inbox management, tracking, and reporting
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of HR administration experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience preparing offer letters and employment documentation
- Experience processing HR transactions (hires, changes, onboarding) in an HRIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with DocuSign or similar tools
- Familiarity with HRIS troubleshooting (e.g., data errors, duplicate records)
- Experience managing position data or job requisitions in an HRIS
- Exposure to payroll coordination or bank setup processes
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
