Location: Mississauga- Must be onsite Monday to Friday
Duration: 1-year Contract
35 hours / week
Responsibilities:
- End user support
- Monitoring tickets and its resolution
- Hardware preparation/image installation/setup, e.g. of PC/laptop, mobile devices (cell phone/tablet), desktop phones and scanners
- Documentation of all special hardware installations
- Update equipment inventory controls
Must Haves:
- Desktop support
- Windows 10, including O365, Desktop/Laptop, Printers, Mobile (iPhone and Android
Nice to Have:
- Fluent French and English
