Your job
- Supervise and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the Wealth Management IT team.
- Support Product Owners (PO) in prioritizing and refining activities
- Support the manager in the sound management of the various initiatives surrounding the team (budgets, schedule, risks and issues, asset management, etc.)
- Act as a “coach” for less experienced colleagues in the use of the agile methodology and propose improvements that support the delivery of features
- Diagnose problematic situations, facilitate their resolution by ensuring the implementation of solutions
- Raise risks and issues inherent to initiatives in a constant and proactive manner
- Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
- Support your team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Prerequisites
- Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and several years of relevant experience or other diploma, related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and the role of Scrum Master, essential
- Experience in projects affecting the IT and employee experience sector, an asset
- Analytical spirit and critical thinking
- Ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
- Cooperate effectively, be accountable
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
