Position Title: Business Systems Analyst

Line of Business: INTAKE PUBLISHING

Duration: 12 month engagement

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid (One day a week - Every Wednesday & Every 3rd Friday of the month)

Office Location: 81 Bay 16th Floor

What project will this contractor be working on? BAU. editorial UX development and QA. Digital part of the .com side of the bank. CW will be supporting the Digital area. Looking for a digital background in FI.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Digital Operations, the Business Analyst, Digital Operations is responsible for providing efficient operational support while maintaining compliance with internal controls and procedures within the functional area. The role applies technical and process knowledge to act as a point of contact for various stakeholders in the Bank. The Business Analyst exercises independent judgement in determining feasible solutions for stakeholders, technical partners. The role leads the implementation of process improvement initiatives, seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures. You will work with little direction in a fast-paced environment with Product Owners, Consultants and Leadership to deliver process workflow updates to internal web properties.

Must Have Requirement:

• 1+ year experience in a bank ideally // open to COOP experience

• Jira administration experience

• Basic excel skills - Microsoft fundamentals

○ ** Note - Data is pulled from data tools, Jira for example. Candidate needs to know how to use excel since data comes out in columns.

• Translate everything to technical documents in Jira

• Proficient with Microsoft suite

• Strong communication as they will be facilitating meetings with stakeholders

• Digital content or website management experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Figma

• Banking experience in one of the big 5 is a strong nice to have
