Is this role remote?: Hybrid - current average 2x on-site working in office per month - may change. Recruiters are also required to attend career fairs and events (possible on evenings or weekends - must be available to attend, which is an on-site need - lower mainland). There are usually several events per month.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience minimum - proactive sourcing strategies and headhunting

• Experience working in high volume recruitment

• Public speaking and presentations skills - Delivering info sessions

• Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities

• Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training

• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

• Experience using computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Former banking experience

• Recruiting in the financial institution space

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience working with executive leadership teams

• Experience working with Workday (HR platform)

• Fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills is an asset
