Reason for request/why opened: Back fill, contract worker to do D2D operational work as opposed to working directly on the project themselves. - Salespoint government identity tool - new phases which will introduce. Contractor won’t be working on SailPoint themselves.

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position, within the ITS Privileged Access Management team, focuses on managing and approving privileged access requests across various systems, ensuring compliance with IAM policies and standards. The role involves reviewing, managing, and approving access requests, as well as maintaining and enhancing the control process related to privileged access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Access Request Management: Managing various technology access request queues across systems like Active Directory, Unix, ACF2, RACF, Windows, and Databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Privileged ID Review and Approval: Ensuring privileged ID requests are reviewed and approved according to IAM policies and standards before provisioning
. • Compliance: Maintaining and enhancing the control process to ensure privileged access is provisioned in accordance with the bank's security standards, policies, and procedures. • Collaboration: Working as part of a team to manage privileged access requests.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
IAM (Identity and Access Management): Good understanding of IAM principles, policies, and standards.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM): Familiarity with PAM concepts and best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of various systems including Active Directory, Unix, ACF2, RACF, Windows, and Databases. • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to privileged access requests.
• Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Good Communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Excel, Reporting
- Analytical skills
