IT Principal Architect responsible for functional Leadership of a Team of experienced domain architects in the development and implementation of Enterprise

Education and Certification

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum ten (10) years of senior-level Enterprise architecture experience, with functional experience in each of the Business, Information, Application, Infrastructure and Security Domains.

• Management or Team Lead experience.

Experience Technical Skills:

o Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a functional knowledge of each of Business, Information, Application, Systems and Security domains.

o Sufficient technical knowledge in each domain to guide, support and question Domain architects and Operations SMEs as required.

o General technical proficiency in the following technologies and services:

o Business functional models, capabilities models

o Knowledge of Yardi, Service Now, and Dayforce SaaS products

o Application portfolio management and rationalization/consolidation experience

o Information Management systems and models, including database technologies, such as MS SQL and Fabric

o Infrastructure hosting technologies, on premises and SaaS, inclusive of virtualization technologies and storage arrays.

o Networking concepts and technologies, such as OSI model, switches, routers, firewalls. Services such as Zscaler.

o Backup and restore concepts, BCP, DR.

o Identity and Access services such Microsoft AD, Entra ID, RBAC, ABAC, PIM. PAM, Zero Trust

o Microsoft M365,

o Security and Compliance services such as Microsoft Purview.

o DLP and MDM, such as CrowdStrike and Intune services.

o Application development lifecycle, SDLC and Agile.

o API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST, SAML, OIDC,

o ERP application logical architecture

o CRM application logical architecture

o Artificial intelligence/machine learning frameworks, generative and agentic AI particularly CoPilot
