Our valued public sector client is hiring an Intermediate Web Developer to support custom and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications within a TeamSite environment.

Background:

The organization provides enterprise information management solutions, services and in-service support for IM/IT capabilities. It leads key enterprise pilot projects to support strategies for enterprise information, document, and records management toolsets. It also provides Enterprise Web Content Management Services (EWCMS) solution to the web community to assist them in developing usable, compliant intranet and internet contents.

Tasks:

• Perform daily support, maintenance and related activities such as problem analysis, troubleshooting programming and testing, in order to ensure all aspects of the existing technology, solutions are integrated and function properly.
• Perform technical migration and upgrades to the various components of the EWCMS.
• Develop and maintain migration and upgrade scripts.
• Provide the installation and configuration of EWCMS application and its servers’ licenses on the host servers.
• Design, develop, test, maintain and implement web-based applications as directed by the Technical Authority.
• Provide the level of complexity and level of effort required for development work.
• Provide software development advice during project status update meetings, technical working group sessions, or at any time at the request of the Technical Authority. The advice must be in the form of: presentations, briefings, documentation, training or coaching.

• Developing Web Applications - 5+ years

• Department of National Defence - 1+ years
• Secret Clearance
